Display call details in queue

UCCX 11.0. Finesse. I have a requirement for the Supervisors in the call center to be able to see a list of calls in queue and the caller details. A list of the callers, their ANI and description of the caller (internal calls). And to be able to pull a call out of that list and answer it. I know it's not native to UCCX so I'm assuming it will be a widget. Anybody doing it or knows if it's possible?
