Hi,
We have a customer thats running UCCX 7.0.1 and they would like to display how many calls are in the queue on the phone itself. Is it possible to do this on the phone or on the CAD client?
Thanks,
Mike

Have you checked the CAD reporting feature on the agent desktop client? That will give you some information, but it may not be as granular as what you're looking for.

Thanks Clifford,
I'll look into it. I did find the post below but I'm not sure it's still valid. I do know they want to see it in real time.

Hi,
what package of UCCX are you using? If Premium, then you can use the HTTP trigger capability to scaffold an XML object containing useful information for the phone (and use that link as for instance Idle Screen). If you don't have that Premium package, you can still create a simple web application that would do the same.
You might want to read the documents supplied with the Cisco IP Phone SDK and also the UCCX database schema.
