Hi,
Is there any way to show caller inputs base on the IVR menu prompts to be displayed either on IP Phones or CAD?
Currently my setup is running on IPCX4.0(3) & CCM4.1(3).

You can see that information in the CAD. You have to create variables in the 'Enterprise Data' area in the Cisco Desktop Administrator.
Then you need to populate that variables in the script editor with the 'Set Enterprise Call Info' step in 'Call Contact' set.
