DNS IP Change

Hello Everyone,

We have deployed UCS BE6k (HA) over which there are several VMs running.

UCCX 10.6 (HA)

CUCM 10.5 (HA)

IM&P 10.5 (HA)

We are  planning to change DNS IP in mentioned  applications ,post that the licenses will get invalid .

Can anyone help me to know the procedure to rehost the licenses for uccx ,removing & adding Licensing instances from license server for CUCM.

CUCM license should not change as it's tied to the PLM MAC address which should be hard codec on the PLM virtual machine.  CCX license will change and you need to re-host it by contacting licensing@cisco.com.

Adding to what Chris said, there is no need to delete the old license they can stay there. Simply upload the new license once licensing team rehost them.
