Quality Manager is under the umbrella of Workforce Optimization so it is Products > Voice and Unified Communications > Unified Workforce Optimization > Maintain and Operate Guides > End-User Guides.

Could you clarify if these products are for express and which version? Or these are for UCCE and whcih versions? Thanks.

They are OEMed from Calabrio. I work with them in the UCCX space; however, I believe Cisco is using the same tools for the enterprise space as they do with CAD/CSD/CDA. You can connect with your local Cisco SE to confirm.
