Does Finesse support performing agent and supervisor actions programmatically over XMPP

We are trying to send (login, logout, make call etc..) message to finesse server over XMPP protocol. Our client .Net (WPF) application and we use argsXMPP library to handle XMPP protocol.

When we use the REST API for login-logout operation we can listen to the notification service messages via XMPP, but we cannot send.

Does finesse support performing agent and supervisor actions programmatically over XMPP?

We are using UCCE Finesse 11.5

Hi,

No, Finesse is not supporting the REST API requests via XMPP. The XMPP is only for listening for notifications.
