Download UCCX 9 system scripts like icd.aef

Hi there,

The UCCX 9 has some default scrupt like aa.aef, icd.aef. I just wondering how to download those scripts from UCCX then I can edit it.

I don't know of any way to download these, but in script editor go to file, new, you will see similar templates under IVR, Queueing, VRU and Voice browser tabs.

Hi,

install script editor (download it from UCCX, tools-plugins).

you will find it in directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\wfavvid_1061\Scripts\system\default
