Any documents in the Cisco World regarding DTMF Clamping needed for PCI?
We are running UCCX 10.6 -> CUCM 10.6 -> SIP -> CUBE -> SIP Trunk -> Telco
CUCM/UCCX will be upgraded to 11.x very soon and we need a PCI solution for DTMF supression.
The goal is call recording and Agent/internal network is out of scope when entering CC details.
We have looked at Semafone solution but the provider here in Australia does not use our Telco for inbound
