Hi All,
One of my customer is using UCCX 10.6 and they are using callback feature. I told them to move gradually on finesse but they are saying there is DTMF issues while using finesse for callback script. Does anyone know of any known bugs or anything on this?

Hi, What would be the call flow when agent is going to call back customer using UCCX and finesse?
UCCX CTI ports does not support RFC2833 may be the DTMF issue you are talking about.

Did you get a resolution on this issue, I'm experiencing the same issue in UCCX 11.6 using FIPPA.

Hi,
Please, confirm the DTMF relay you're using. Also, confirm that MTP resources are available in case of a DTMF mismatch.
