DTMF tones Recognition with Third Party ASR, signaling?
We have integrated the UCCX 8.5 platform with a 3rd party ASR/TTS product to automate service, we need to know about the signaling between UCCX and 3rd party ASR/TTS to recognize DTMF tones. If a session is established, how is closed?
We cannot use the step "get digit string" if the "Selected Dialog Group" for that trigger is not the "Default" dialog group, we use in the first place "MRCP ASR Group #1" and in this way the ASR recognition works but DTMF tones recognition not
