Dual NIC for ipcc monitor

I have two NIC on dedicated voip monitor server since this server has both rascal and monitor components. NIC 1 is monitor(sniffer) and NIC 2 is normal port. I have assigned ip address on both NIC .Here is my question;

1.When I'm installing the dedicated server, one field asks agent desktop address(agents use to connect), i put normal port. Is this right?

2.However after I installed the dedicated server, there is voice captured on the sniffered port. Agents are on the same 3550-24 inline power switch as monitor server. Here are span configure:

monitor session 1 source vlan 130 rx (voice vlan)

monitor session 1 destination inter fa 0/6 (sniffer port)

I turned on the sniffer software on it, didn't see any voice packet. I think either span or the monitor NIC has problem. Span seems ok, so straight forward.

So i started double check http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a00801a62a8.shtml#topic11 and

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/sw_ap_to/apps_3_5/english/admn_app/cad_inst.pdf

Seems nothing wrong. This server was a ccm server, but no longer used. so just install the monitor on it. I know Cisco doesn't support co-resident ccm/ipcc for monitor that's because CCM only can support one NIC. But in this case CCM is not running, so shouldn't be a big deal to utilize this server. what else?

Thanks

Eventhough CCM service is not running, other dependant process may be still holding the ports/interfaces. Try uninstalling the CCM software completely from the box.
