Duplicate Agent statuses showing up from time to time in Finesse

From time to time we are seeing this? Duplicates in Finesse. Any idea why this would be happening and a resolution?

I searched the list of bug for you but found nothing. Can you post your UCCX version, and the browser version?

Hi Anthony, Thanks for answering :-) Our CCX version is 11.6.2.10000-38 (ES01-9) and most folks are using Chrome version 78 or the newest 79
