duplicate CTI RP and CTI ports

When going throught the CRSX wizard to create CTI Route Points and CTI ports I am getting twice the amount of CTI ports that I have requested. There are not error messages in event viewer and the wizard completes successfully. For instance, when I created CTI RP 8000 and CTI Ports of 8001-8002, when the wizard completes I have CTI ports of 8001-8004.

any ideas?

Hi,

might it be a HA Deployment? If so it will create the second port for failover purposes.
