E1(PRI) configuration in CISCO GATEWAY 5400 /genesys integration

Hi ,

We are going to  intregrate  genesys(acd) with cisco ivr through E1,agents will send the caller to ivr for conferencing ,this will happen throuh E1(pri)

what i need is what are configuration i have do with e1 ie with controller , interface ,dialpeer in gateway so the call will hit the gatewy

what are pre request for this.please help me out with this.

below is the current config

controller E1 6/2

framing NO-CRC4

pri-group timeslots 1-31

interface Serial6/2:15

no ip address

encapsulation hdlc

isdn switch-type primary-net5

no cdp enable

FYI

First  of all we need to configure a E1 PRI, and this is not a issue as this  is just a new requirement from our customer, please find the same below.

Current Working Scenario: Customer reaches the IVR through MSC; after taking agent transfer from IVR, call is blindly transferred to Genesys ACD.

New Requirement: Customer will get IVR Treatment; takes agent transfer; after speaking  with agent, agent transfers the call, back to IVR again from ACD via the E1 connected in  Egress Gateway for Standalone IVR treatment to get feedback from  customer.
