There's a few ways you can do this, but here's the quick and easy way... create a new queue in ICM and dialed numbers (ECE Queue). This can be your supervisor queue. You can use a branch node to filter what kind of emails you want to send over to supervisors. So if the subject line says Urgent, you can send all emails with Urgent in the subject line to the Supervisor queue.
