ECE console page is not open even when trying to open it from web server.
ULR : "https://FQDN/default" redirected to "https://FQDN/system/web/view/platform/common/errorpage.html" Screen Shot attached.
ECE , ECE web server both have DNS records.
Port 15006 is allowed on the firewall.
Cisco service is running on ECE server.
Tried to upgrade to 11.6.ES5 but nothing changed.
Please advice if there is a way to bypass the webserver and connect directly to application server?
Is there any other way to confirm that the application is running normally ?

Thank you Omar for your reply.
Also I am not able to access the system console.
I will check the XML file on the web server and update the thread accordingly

Hi,
Post ECE installation please restart App and Web server once . And make sure App server Cisco ECE logon user name and password is correct in services, msc .
Verify ECE app server Java process are running or not ( there are more than 20 Java Process should run)
Below is the Pa & Sa URL.
Pa
https://IP or FQDN/system/web/view/platform/common/login/root.jsp?partitionId=1
sa
https://IP or FQDN/system/web/view/platform/common/login/root.jsp?partitionId=0

I have been seeing the same issue as well for the past 2 days. What I have done in my case is
- Open Services.msc
- Browse to the Cisco Service properties
- Change the log on username and password to the account that was used to install the ECE instance ( This account should preferable be a domain account that also has local admin access)
IN addition to this, I also went through my SQL services and changed the accounts to also use the same domain account.
Every time I restarted the ECE server and the issue happens again, I go in to the Cisco Service and Update the password and restart the Cisco Service again, wait about 5-10 minutes and try to login to the URL again.
