EDMT 10.5 Error During Logger Migration

Hello, 

 

I am running an upgrade for a customer moving from UCCE 9.x to 11.6.  As part of the upgrade process I am migrating the data from 9.x to 10.5 using the EDMT Tool.  I have been successful in migrating the customers HDS database, however when I try to Migrate the Logger Database I get an error, and was wondering if anyone had any insight on where I should be doing to resolve the issue.

 

“Duplicate Membership Detected”. the error message states that there is a user “ABC\RR8529 in user group ABC\RR8529”. Use the User-List tool to ensure no case-insenitive duplicates between users and usergroups the rerun EDMT

 

Digging into SQL a bit I did find the specified "Person" and "UserGroup" but have found no duplicate entries for this user and group.  

 

Any input is appreciated.

Just try to delete that user and see if that works and let you go further.
