EIM 4.3.2 - Supervision Monitor

Hello,

Not sure if this is just an internet explorer configuration issue, but the testers are complaining that when they setup a monitor, resize it to fit the screen properly and get it looking the way they want, the refresh happens, and completely redraw's the entire screen, resetting it back to the 'unpreferred' defaults.

Wanted to see if this happens on anyone else's browser configurations?

The monitor fetches real time data and refreshes every 30 seconds by default, if window properties are lost upon refresh then

this needs to be corrected. Please open a defect.

Hi Karthik,

I opened a TAC case, but they did NOT register this as a bug.

As stated before, a bug alert was created.

However, after the DE's issue investigation, it was determined to not be a bug in the product and the following feedback was provided.  This was due to the product successfully functioning, but the column re-sizing is considered a feature enhancement.

We recognize the potential usability improvement here, and as part of our standard process for such requests, a Feature Enhancement request will need to be filed.

Hence, please contact your Account Manager and have them submit a enhancement request for that functionality.

I will now close the case.
