EIM 4.3.2 Voice Call and Email Delivery

Team - in the

ICM Configuration manager (7.5.X) the media routing domain for Cisco_Voice does not seem to allow interruptibility - it is greyed out. Does this mean when an agent on a voice will be skipped? Is there a way to deliver email to an agent when he or she is on an ACD call? If so how do we enable this? Thanks.

No - voice is not an interruptible channel by design.

Email can be configured either way, although most customers take the default - which is interruptible.
