EIM v902 - Best practice for ActiveDB to ArchiveDB

Hi all,

 

In EIM there's a function to move activities from ActiveDB to ArchiveDB. Docs mention once ActiveDB hits 20GB it will be a good time to turn this on. However, the attachment will not move to the ArchiveDB.

 

In my environment, the top 4 tables are as follows. So moving to ArchiveDB wont really help my cause, right?

a) EMAIL_ATTACHMENT - 13.7GB

b) EMAIL_DATA - 1.6GB

c) EMAIL_DATA_ATL - 400MB

d) EVENT_HIST_CASE_MNGT_ARCH - 250MB

Don't you just hate having to run RTMT in a virtual machine, well here it runs in an app for mac. I have complied a version for CUCM 14.x ( from a version I got for 11.x ) It works on older versions also. Here it is https://haffi.is/rt... view more
