EIM/WIM 9.0: Displaying open hours message for chat clients
System: CIM 9.0, Integrated with UCCE
Does anybody know how to configure open hours message when there are no available agents in the system? Every time client begins chat OFF HOURS message appears, that configured in "<home>eService\templates\chat\<instance>\properties\chat_<locale>.properties" in L10N_OFF_HOURS field.
No matter if there are no logged in agents or agents are in busy state client sees the same messages. Business Calendar is configured and covers 24/7.
Due to similar discussion there was posibility to configure it using WEIM Administration Console in 4.4 version:
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
