we are about to add more extensions to our telephone network. How do add these list of extensions to the the icm script so that they can be accepted coming in externally?

Can you specify? Are these new agent extensions? Or are they new dialed numbers? If they're dialed numbers, you would want to add them to icm configuration in the dialed number list. Also create call types for them, and associate them with the script(s) you're utilizing. You would probably also want to modify the scripts to include the call types for reporting.
If they're agent extensions, it's another matter.

sorry for the confusion robb..yes these are new dialed numbers.

Ok - so you'll want to configure them in the dialed number list, call type list and associate them with the script. I would suggest creating call types for the incoming dn, as well as exit points throughout the script for reporting.
