EOL/EOS of CAD in UCCX

Hi Guys,

I would like to confirm if the EOL/EOS information of CAD for UCCX is also the same with UCCE/PCCE?

According to below link, EOL/EOS of CAD only listed for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Cisco Unified Contact Center Hosted, Hosted Collaboration Solution for Contact Center, and Package CCE. Does UCCX also included on this EOL announcement?

Please note UCCX is a one in all package whereas in CCE all the components are installed separately and then they communicate/work with each other to complete the infrastructure. This EOS/EOL notice is not applicable for UCCX, whenever there will be one it should/will be based on the UCCX version itself and not component wise since UCCX is a single box/component providing everything i.e, desktop services, monitoring, reporting etc as a whole opposed to CCE wherein the components are installed separately.
