Error Jtapi Installation at Cisco QM service setup

Hi All Master.

 I'm doing installl or setup cisco QM for recording.

At The step 4.

Appear error "Jtapi Installation Error".

cucm version 8

Uccx version 7

I've input ip address uccx, but still the same error,

when I select the next and select Active Directory system only.

the error message still same

ip address

cucm pub : 10.50.1.31

cucm sub : 10.50.1.32

uccx pub : 10.50.1.33

uccx sub : 10.50.1.34

please help and suggest to solving the error.

10.50.1.35 is cisco 2.7 QM server with windows 2003 operating system.

I intend to install QM service at server 10.50.1.35

the error at step 4 (CTI service)

The "Primary QM CTI Service" is the Calabrio server so needs to be 10.50.1.35.

You don't have a backup so blank the "Backup QM CTI Service"
