Error on Off-Hook when we using Make a Consult Call Request method in UCCX 10.6 finesse

Hi,

We are facing issue like "Off-Hook". When the user is clicking "Making Consult Call" button in custom gadget, we are calling "Make a Consult Call Request" method in finesse API UCCX 10.6. After request made to finesse, we are getting "Off-Hook" error occured in Call Control layout section and Call is not consult with another agent. this issue occured randomly 1 out of 10 call.

Can you please suggest that what is the reason for this issue.

About memory issues. If you could review the logs, and see if there are any details, or errors that might help the sporadic nature of this issue.
