Hi, I'm using an IPCC Enterprise 8.
I have troubles with the tool Cisco Webview. When I try to get the total of calls in a specific day (March 28,2011) appears the next error:
If I try being specific in that day; eg: March 28, 2011 00:00hrs - 07:00 hrs I can get the report. If I repeat the exercise with dthe rest of the day I can get also the info (March 28, 07:00- 23:59 hrs)
The problem appears when I try to get the report from 00:00hrs-23:59 hrs.
Any idea?

Increase tempdb.
