Excessive Internet connection from CVP to IP address 99.99.99.99

Dears,

My CVP servers are making excessive external connections to the IP address 99.99.99.99 as per the attached screen shot.

Kindly let me know what is the reason of this behavior??

I have done some search of this port 1719 and found that it is used for h323gatestat, so I guess this is VOIP related services for H323.

Also I am attaching netstat of the CVP server where it is showing that this port is used for VoiceBrowser.exe

FYI:

CVP is not connected to the internet and it should not be.

If you are not using H.323. Please disable VB services and it should resolve this issue.
