On the Cisco documentation - Cisco CRS Historical Reports User Guide 4.0(1) - it says that "scheduled" report can be exported as .pdf, .csv, .xls, .rtf, and .xml (5 options). However, I checked on the HRC and it only let's me to save as .csv, .xls, and .rtf (only 3 options). Does anyone know if this is a bug on the HistoricalReportClient or just a documentation mistake?
