Anyone have a service for 7960 phones that would allow me to view number of calls in queue, number agents Ready, etc
We don't want to give them access to Real Time Reports or Supvisor Desktop, etc. We want them to view number of calls waiting via the 7960 LCD Display.

An improved user model has been implemented to allow users to easily navigate among many calls that may exist on a line. On the Cisco IP Phone 7940, 7960, and 7970, the user can easily scroll among calls on a line and select one to hold, resume, transfer, conference, etc. using the rocker key on the phone with softkeys. With the Cisco IP Phone 7970G, the user can take advantage of the touchscreen and touch the call instance and then perform the operations.
