Extend Web Application Timeout UCCX v8.5

I need to extend the amount of time the UCCX web app will stay open with no activity.

I believe the default is set to 30mins before it disconnects the session.
Supervisors are constantly having to log back in due to the timeout.

If possible I would like to set it to timeout at 2hrs with no activity.

Any ideas?

Hi Jessica

You can set it from the server CLI:

admin:set webapp session timeout ?
Syntax:
set webapp session timeout minutes

minutes mandatory The number of minutes after which sessions are declared to be
                  invalid; range is 5 to 35000.

admin:set webapp session timeout

Actually, I don't believe this works for UCCX.  There is a bug for this for 8.x and 9.x, and I can't get it to work on my 10.x either...

You are correct Michael. This command still does not work for UCCX even in the latest version i.e., 11.x and therefore the defect is still in an Open state.
