Faxing from IP IVR

Guys,

customer has RightFax server that is not integrated with exchange. For faxing they are using RightFax client application. when they are sending a fax, client application will create to field in the form:

RFax: John Smith@/FN=number

I am trying to send an email from the IP IVR that has document attached to it.

I configured my email susbsystem with the rightfax address and I am trying to send an email with the attachemnt to the fax server.

If I try to put address in the abovementioned format, email send step will fail because address is not compliant with RFC 822.

Does anybody has any advice.

Specify a destination name and fax number in the To: or Cc: box of a new message using this format: [RFAX:Name@/FN=FaxNum]

You must include the opening and closing square brackets.
