Fetch customer details to display in finesse

Hi,

Currently i have script which asks customer to enter their account number and then it reads database and get the results if the account number exists call will be routed to agent. Till here it is successful.

Now i have requirement to display customer details in agent finesse call varibales based on the account number by fetching from the database. 

Could anyone please shed some light on how can i achieve this.

Create a layout where you populate the information based on the variables where you store the data values that you gather from the database.
