Filter tab (Recording step) Duration max value

Hi Team,

 

I need to know what is the maximum value allowed for the "Duration" parameter.

If it's not documented, then I would type in a really large number like 99999999999999999999999999999999999999, and then press Apply to see what error I get.  If you're lucky, they wrote the upper bound in the error message.

hahahahaha, I just tried it and I see that the maximum allowed value is 1999999999 seconds, it seems to me crazy, will the CCX accept it?

There's only one way to find out, but keep in mind that CUCM has a max call duration of 12 hours, so that's your bottle neck.  Also, I'd imagine that at some point, a recorded message in memory that large, might just cause a Java Heap Dump and crash your Engine.
