Finesse 10.5 call control XML change

Hey everyone,

I received a request from a customer to remove the "Direct Transfer" option in Finesse 10.5 (UCCE) from their team.  Looking at the XML doc in the Desktop Layout I was unable to find where this was and am assuming it is bundled in the following section of the XML:

<gadget>/desktop/gadgets/CallControl.jsp</gadget>

I was wondering where this was located on my Finesse server as I would like to try and accommodate this request for the business.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
