Finesse 11.6 upgrade to 12.0

Hello everyone!

I am planning Finesse upgrade from 11.6 to 12.0 in my UCCE environment.

I wonder if I need to open any additional ports on the Firewall for Finesse clients, that are mandatory for 12.0, on top of what we already have for Finesse 11.6 (we have 443 and 7443)

I believe there are some new Tomcat services as well as something new with XMPP, but I'm going by memory. Either way @Konstantin is right you need to look at the port utilization guide to do a side by side comparison.
