As per the Finesse 12.5 installation guide -> Security Considerations -> HTTPS Support
Cisco Finesse Release 12.5(1) or higher supports only Secure HTTP (HTTPS) and HTTP is permanently disabled
Does this mean it will not support FIPPA? Thanks!Finesse 12.5, Packaged CCE

You probably have to wait until the rest of the documentation is released, compatibility matrix is updated, etc., but good news is that it looks like a lot of items were posted today, so hopefully you'll have your answer soon.

Is any one aware when FIPPA will be supporting SSO? Our client is in elevated security environment and the only way to authenticate is using SSO. We have ALL our other applications authenticating using SSO but FIPPA is the only outlier. The unintended consequence of creating non-SSO account is that these agents/Supervisors can login to SSO enabled applications (Finesse web URL/CUIC) using non-SSO accounts which is unacceptable. So either we allow FIPPA to use SSO or disallow these non-SSO FIPPA only accounts to access Finesse web URL. Any thoughts? Thanks!
