Finesse agent desktop error 503

We have UCCE 10.5 clustering over WAN deployment recently we migrated CTIOS softphone agent to Finesse desktop agents.

Basically wherever a WAN link fluctuates finesse agent desk on one side where CTI server is ideal getting the service unavailable error 50.3 on their i.e, this issue was not exist when we were on CTIOS based softphone agent desktop.
