Finesse agent make call from icon not working

Good afternoon

We are testing our 11.6 uccx and have ran in to a few issues on the agent DT

1, we cannot click on "make call" from call history it just does not work.

2 start record and a big OPPS error is popping up although it seems to start recording.

Any with thoughts would be appreciated.

Update,

TAC has informed us it is a bug in IE..hard to fathom it was not discovered in trials.
