finesse agent transfer not showing on agent detail report.

Good morning

trying to figure out why when a Finesse agent transfers a call it will not display the transfer in the agent detail report? anyone run in to this? and know what the fix is?

Can you check CCDR report and see if you are getting the transfer info

Yes, the transfer does show in CDR and on our 3rd party call accounting as well. Just not on agent detail report.

Are you using a custom agent detail report / live report ?  What is the version of Finesse and CCE / CCX ?
