Finesse and Firefox 75 gadgets

Hi All

We have some users that have had their Firefox updated to version 75 and since then their live data reports are showing just a blank white box. Done some searching on web and tried everything suggested but the problem still exists.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi there.

Please check compatibility matrix and you will see that only FF ESR (extended support release ) is supported for Finesse.

The latest FF ESR is 68.
