I have a question about the usage of XMPP. I am trying to connect to XMPP via TCP, it works but when I connect with an agent's agentID and password I can subscribe only to this user's node, it doesn't "see" any others. I tried to make this user a supervisor, it didn't help. So, basically I want to have an API user, which will be used to maintain a connection to XMPP. As I am using SSO in my 3rd party application, I cannot know an agent's password, thus I have to connect to XMPP using some different account which could add subscription to events for every connected agent. How can I add such a user? Is it possible at all ? If it's not - can I connect to XMPP via BOSH not entering an agent's password?
