Finesse support the sendchatmessage function used in CTIOS?
Agent To Agent is not supported for teammessage used by Finesse.API is required.
I need an API.

Hi,

Finesse does not have an API to send chat messages.

Finesse is using IM&P for the agent to agent chat found in 12.0 and above. Maybe you can utilize some of the APIs available for IM&P: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/jabber-web/#!im-and-presence-overview/overview
