Finesse audio

I connected headset to windows pc and I can hear audio, but when use finesse I can't hear anything,  is there any configuration i need to do related to finesse to get audio through headset

Finesse is not a phone client, it’s a contact center agent web application. You’ll need to have a phone client application, like Webex or Jabber application on the computer for the call from the contact center platform.
