Hello, I have the following environment:
CUCM 10.6.1
UCCX 10.6.1.10000-39
QM 10.5.1.3000
The QM server is set to always recording for all UCCX agents.
I have managed to get Finesse working with the RecordingControls 3rdpartygadget. This allows the agents to manually pause and resume
the recordings. However for legal reasons I need to be able to automate the 'pause' of the recordings when agents are taking payment details from customers. When they take payment details they initiate a browser link to the payment portal (this could be embedded within Finesse). When the payment portal is intiated they want to automatically send a pause message to QM. I am struggling to get this working. I could do with some assistance on how to get this configured. Thanks
