Hi all,
according to the documentation, the behavior of IE when a new call arrives should be the following:
Finesse Desktop is minimized. | Internet Explorer and Firefox: Finesse restores back to size and position (on top of other windows).
| ||
Finesse Desktop is behind other non-browser windows. | Internet Explorer: Finesse flashes in the task bar. Firefox: Finesse does nothing. | ||
Finesse is behind other browser windows. | Internet Explorer: Finesse flashes in the task bar. Firefox: Finesse comes to the front. |
We discovered that IE 9 always pop's to the top - is there any parameter where I can change this?
Thanks in advance

My IE 9 Finesse do not pop up. I tested with Finesse 9.1.1 ES5. Questions:
1. Are there any other tabs open in IE apart from Finesse?
2. OS?
3. When does it pop in front? If it is minimised or its behind something else or in both cases?
4. Finesse version?

Hi Kartik
Yes, there are other open tabs, OS is Win7 32 Bit, Finesse version is 10.5.1.1000 (UCCX) and it always pop's up.

Mine pops to the top, however is there a way of ensuring it is always on top? i.e. a minimised window that always remains so agents can see the call queue even if on other tasks?
Thanks in advance
Darren
