We have configured a browser pop up in Finesse workflow for one application. In the URL we are passing the parameter {BAAccountNumber} which appears in Finesse screen. The problem the number is prefixed with 9, and when this is passed to the URL, it comes invalid. Is there any way we can manipulate the BAAccount number to remove the prefix 9 without affecting other users? Other back office users prefer 9 to appear in the number since they can redial the same from call list.
Or any other suggestions would be supported.
