We found Client cannot login to Finesse, The error show "Invalid ID or Password"but as check in Event Viewer -> Application logs on AWHD Server show error in below.
SSPI handshake failed with error code 0x8009030c, state 14 while establishing a connection with integrated security; the connection has been closed. Reason: AcceptSecurityContext failed. The Windows error code indicates the cause of failure. [CLIENT: 10.136.94.10]
CLIENT IP is Finesse Server. Is error mean Finesse Server cannot access to AW DB. Can anyone whom got this issue on UCCE 10.5 and Finesse 10.5 ? How can solving that ? This error got after Security Windows Update force from Domain Policy. Thank you

Hi,
By any chance you checked or diasabled NTLM authenitcation?
what account are you using from finesse to login to AW? i know it must be domain account but make sure using the same account you are able to login to AW frome somewhere else and atleast able to run select * from Agent.

As checked it's domain policy to force disable authentication by NTLM v1 then user domain in Finesse use to access to AW DB is domain user. The solution is we have upgrade Finesse version to 10.5 ES8 the problem can solve. Thank you
