Hi
I am trying to login in Finesse after fresh install ,but page doesn't load tried in all browsers but does not work.
Tried restarting following services :-
Cisco Finesse Tomcat
Cisco Finesse Notification Service
Restart server multiple times ,but still not working.
Finesse is reachable from AD and vice versa
I have attached all the error.
Please suggest what can be done.

In your screenshot it shows the servername as finp.ucce.com so I'm assuming you are UCCE. In that case you have the wrong port.

You mention a fresh install, is this a greenfield/new install, is it an upgrade, what version of Finesse are you using, etc.? Does the PG show up and other systems otherwise operational, etc.?

Hi,
Please make sure all the services is up and running and use the below URL without Port no.
or
https://finp.ucce.com:8445/cfadmin/container/?locale=en_US
Also, try to login inside Side-A ICM or OAMP server browser for testing purposes. f any firewall between your DC to Workstation we need to open Finesse firewall ports.

Hi Prashanth,
The below URL is for example. Please replace your Finesser IP and try.
Open-domain controller sever and Install Offline chrome installer with Finesse IP address. It should automatically redirect to Hostname if not try the below steps. ( Later uninstall Chrome)
Open Domain controller and do nslookup for Finesse IP. ( it should resolve Ip to host and vice versa)

C:\>nslookup 10.0.0.34 ( Finesse IP)
Server: finp.ucce.com
Address: 10.1.1.10 (Domain IP)
Name: finp.ucce.com
Address: 10.0.0.34 (Finesse IP)
C:\>nslookup finp.ucce.com

Address: : 10.1.1.10 (Domain IP)
Name: finp.ucce.com
Address: 10.0.0.34 (Finesse IP)
Do telnet for the below ports.

if all are good reinstall Cisco Finesse.

Hi Ram
I am able to access it from AD in Chrome.
But unable to open it in my local PC.
Also all other servers are accessible from my local PC.
FYI i have setup this lab in Vmware workstation in the Network [10.0.0.32 /27]
what shd i need to do so that i can access finesse from my local PC.

I think you can use etc host if you need access from your local PC. i assume you not used the same DNS as you register A record with finesse.
Path C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

10.0.0.34 finp.ucce.com
