Finesse change tab through workflow

Dear all,

Do you know if there is a way to change the tab displayed in Finesse when a call is coming or ending ?

Hi David,

There isn't a way to do it via workflow, but you can build a custom gadget.

I haven't done this myself, but in the finesse.containerservices.ContainerServices, there is a activateTab(tabId) method. So you can build a custom gadget that calls the activateTab method when the call is coming or ending.
