Hi,
When an incoming Chats comes to any agent, it doesn't display any Alerts in Cisco Finesse, there are no alerts or pop-ups from the finesse to show that an incoming chat has come, Right now a small beep alert is there which cannot be heard properly. Due to this our agents has to keep the finesse window open and monitor always to see if ther is a chat request. Is there any workaround for this ?

Unfortunately not, what you are facing there is a default behavior and nothing can be done about it. Agents can try to increase the volume of their PC that should increase the beep sound as well abd manage it that way if it helps.

Thanks for you reply, is there any workaround that we can do rectify this, like any external gadget or something that we can associate with Finesse ?

I think there are third party companies out there which can develop a custom gadget/application that can enhance the agent experience while working with these applications. Check with them, one of the known one is 2Ring
